| If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, or require other changes in your schedule, we must receive advance notice. Because we do not overbook, advice of cancellations must be given at least 3 DAYS prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you are unable to cancel within the specified time, you will be billed for 1 night room and tax charges.less
